| MARINADE | To marinade, brush or rub a little on the meat of your choice. Put in a zip lock bag and squeeze out the air and seal the bag. Place in the refrigerator. When passing by the frig, squeeze and turn over. A couple of hours is all that is needed. (More if you like) Don't drown it...just marinade it! |
| STIR-FRY | |

Cut your meat (chicken, pork, beef, fish) into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. Pour your favorite flavor of James Baby's Awesome Salad Dressing/Marinade over the meat and coat well. Coat a fry pan with cooking spray and pre-heat on medium heat. Add meat with dressing plus 1/4 to 1/3 cup water. Cover and cook til almost done. Uncover and finish cooking. As water evaporates, stir meat til brown. Serve or incorporate into your favorite dish, or add two cups of water mixed with corn starch to make gravy or sauce. | |
| ASIAN COLE SLAW | |

Ingredients: 1 package cole slaw mix 1 package Ramen Noodles-Oriental 1/4 cup slivered almonds Place almonds on a cookie sheet and roast in oven. Take the Ramen Noodles, still in pack, and break into little pieces. Open and remove flavor pack and noodles. Mix both with slaw. Add James Baby's Awesome Sweet & Sour Garlic Dressing, mixing well. Add almonds. | |
| HOT COLE SLAW | |
| Slice some cabbage, thin, like angel hair pasta. Heat some Italian Dressing to a boil and pour over the cabbage. You have hot slaw! Also makes a great wilted salad. | |
| GARDEN SALAD VARIATIONS | |

In a bowl, make a salad of your choice (I prefer a dark green salad). In the center of the salad, add a large handful of cooked and rinsed vermicelli or spaghetti. Put some mardarin orange slices on the pasta. Add some cooked chicken, pork, beef or seafood. Pour Awesome Oriental Dressing on the salad and top with rice noodles. If you want to dress it up, add a few bean sprouts, bamboo shoots or water chestnuts. Try this with one of our other dressings! Also makes a great spinach salad. Take your favorite salad and add some cubed apple pieces. Then top with Awesome Raspberry-Blackberry-Cranberry Salad Dressing. Also makes a great hot or cold spinach salad. Makes an excellent marinade for chicken or pork. |
